Description

The FOD817C300 is one member of the FOD817 series which designed as the 4-pin phototransistor optocouplers that consists of a gallium arsenide infrared emitting diode driving a silicon phototransistor in a 4-pin dual in-line package. FOD817C300 can be used in power supply regulators, digital logic inputs, micro-processor inputs.

Features of the FOD817C300 are:(1)applicable to Pb-free IR reflow soldering;(2)compact 4-pin package;(3)current transfer ratio in selected groups;(4)C-UL, UL and VDE approved;(5)high input-output isolation voltage of 5000 Vrms.
