DescriptionThe FOD250L consists of an AlGaAs LED optically coupled to a high speed photodetector transistor. These devices are specified for operation at a 3.3V supply voltage.The feature of FOD250L are as follows: (1)Low power consumption; (2)High speed; (3)Available in single channel 8-pin DIP (FOD250L), 8-pin SOIC (FOD050L) or dual channel 8-pin SOIC (FOD053L); (4)Superior CMR- CMH = 50kV/ (typical) and CML- 35kV/(typical); (5)Guaranteed performance over temperature: 0 to 70; (6)U.L. recognized (File # E90700); (7)VDE pending.
