FMQ2

The FMQ2 is designed as one kind of emitter common (dual digital transistors) that has three points of features:(1)two digital transistors in a SMT packageboth the DTA144T chip in a UMT or SMT package; (2)up to 500 mA can be driven; (3)low VCE(sat) of drive transistors for low power dissipation.

The absolute maximum ratings of the FMQ2 can be summarized as:(1)collector-base voltage DTr1: 40 V;(2)collector-base voltage DTr2: -40 V;(3)collector-emitter voltage DTr1:30 V;(4)collector-emitter voltage DTr2: -30 V;(5)emitter-base voltage DTr1: 5 V;(6)emitter-base voltage DTr2: -5 V;(7)collector current DTr1:30 mA;(8)collector current DTr2:-500 mA(4)junction temperature:150;(5)storage temperature:-55 to +150;(6)power dissipation (UMC4N):300 mW.

And the electrical characteristics of the FMQ2 can be summarized as:(1)collector cutoff current: +/-0.5 uA;(2)collector-emitter breakdown voltage: +/-30 V;(3)emitter-base breakdown voltage: -5 V;(4)collector-emitter saturation voltage: +/-0.3 V;(5)DC current transfer ratio: 120 to 270;(8)transition frequency: 250 MHz.
