The FM600TU-2A is designed as one kind of high power switching MOSFET modules using insulated package.
FM600TU-2A has six features. (1)Id(rms) is 300A. (2)Vdss woud be 100V. (3)Insulated type. (4)6-elements in a pack. (5)Thermistor inside. (6)UL recognized. Those are all the main features.
