Description

This FDMS7660 N-Channel MOSFET has been designed specifically toimprove the overall efficiency and to minimize switch noderinging of DC/DC converters using either synchronous orconventional switching PWM controllers. It has been optimizedfor low gate charge, low r_DS(on, fast switching speed and bodydiode reverse recovery performance.
