EXB359

The EL2424 is a hybrid-IC base driver used in Fuji transistor modules. The features of EL2424 can be summarized as (1)opto-coupler: input and output are isolated electrically; (2)two EXB359s can drive a three phase inverter circuit.

The absolute maximum ratings of the EL2424 are: (1)supply voltage: 10V; (2)input voltage: 2.6 to 9 mA; (3)forward bias output current: 0.6A; (4)reverse bias output current: 3.0A; (5)power dissipation: 0.8W; (6)isolation voltage: 2500V; (7)operating ambient temperature: -10 to 70; (8)surface temperature while operating: -10 to 100; (9)storage temperature: -25 to 125.
