Description

The ESDA5V3L is a dual monolithic voltage suppressor designed to protect components which are connected to data and transmission lines against ESD. ESDA5V3L clamps the voltage just above the logic level supply for positive transients, and to a diode drop below ground for negative transients.It can also work as bidirectionnal suppressor by connecting only pin1 and 2.It has three unique features: The first one is 2 undirectional transil funcitons. The second one is low leakage current.The third one is 300 W peak pulse power.Otherwise, ESDA5V3L also has three applications: Computers,Printers and communication systems.

ESDA5V3L also has three benifits: The first one is high ESD protection level which is up to 25kV. The second one is high integration . The third one is it is suitable for high density boards.There are some absolute maximum ratings about it. Peak pulse power (8/20 ms)(PPP) is 300 W.Storage temperature range(Tstg) is - 55°C to + 150°C.Maximum junction temperature(Tj)is 150°C.Maximum lead temperature for soldering during 10s(TL) is 260 °C.Operating temperature range(Top) is - 40°C to + 125°C.VBR is 5.3 V min and 5.9 V max @IR is 1 mA. IRM is 2 uA max when VRM is 3 V.
