ER3400

The ER3400 is a 1024 x 4 bit fully decoded electrically alterable read only memory fabricated in general instrument's proven MNOS technology, address, control and data inputs are latched on board the device thus releasing these lines during erase and write operations.

Features of the ER3400 are:(1)1024 word x 4 bit orgranization; (2)latched address and data inputs; (3)word or block alterable; (4)10 year data storage for ER3400; (5)TTL compatible with pull-up resistors on inputs; (6)tri-state outputs; (7)two extended temperature ranges.

The absolute maximum ratings of the ER3400 can be summarized as:(1): all inputs and output except VGG(with respect to Vss) is -20 V to +20 V; (2): storage temperature(without data retention) is -65 to +150; (3): soldering temperature of leads(10 seconds) is +300.
