EQXO-1000GW Series

      EQXO-1000GW Series is one kind of 14 pin Dual-in-Line Gull-Wing Clock Ocillators.It has seven feature:(1)the frequency range is 20kHz to 160MHz.(2)14 pin DIL package with 'Gull-Wing; leads for SMD.(3)Choice of supply voltage is 3.3 Volts DC or 5.0 Volts DC.(4)Enable and Disable function.(5)Comprehensive stock holding.(6)Custom frequencies readily produced in Euroquartz factory.
      The Euroquartz EQXO-1000GW series consist of a Universal, TTL and CMOS compatible hybrid substrate and quartz crystal in a hermetically sealed package.The leads are formed in 'Gull-Wing' outline for use in surface-mount printed circuit boards.
      Also the Euroquartz EQXO-1000GW series have some specifications:(1)Frequency Range: 20kHz to 160MHz.(2)Supply Voltage: +5.0VDC±10% or 3.3VDC±5%.(3)Output Load 1)HCMOS: 15pF standard, 50pF available 2)TTL: 2 to 10TTL gates.(4)Storage Temperature Range: -55°to+105°C.(5)Start-up Time: 5ms typical, 10ms max.(6)Current Consumption: 15mA ~ 45mA.(7)Tristate Option: Output is high impedance when '0' (<0.8 Volts) is applied to Pin 1,(internal pull-up).Disable time = 150ns max.
     The part previously specified by Euroquartz Ltd as EQXO-1050UMGW or EQXO-1100UM-GW has been superceeded by the extended-industrial temperature range part EQXO-1***UIE-GW.This part will perform within specification over the temperature range of -55° to +105°C.
