The Enpirion EP5362Q represents a revolution in the area of low-power switching regulators. The total solution footprint is 38 mm2, without compromising efficiency. Requiring two external components, the EP5362Q makes switching regulator design a breeze.

A complete power supply on a chip (PwrSoC), the EP5362Q integrates power switches, inductor, gate drive, controller, and compensation in a tiny 5mm x 4mm package. The 1.1 mm profile and small footprint, enables the use of this part where space is at a premium.

The EP5362Q utilizes a 3-pin VID output voltage selector that allows the designer to choose one of seven pre-defined output voltage levels, or an external voltage divider can be employed to set the output voltage.

This product is an excellent choice for low-power mobile applications such as smart-phone, personal media player or PDAs.
