DescriptionThe EP1K30FC256-1N is one member of the EP1K30 family which designed as the ACEX 1K programmable logic device. It provides a die-efficient, low-cost architecture by combining look-up table (LUT) architecture with EABs. The RAM, ROM, dual-port RAM, or first-in first-out (FIFO) functions make this device suitable for complex logic functions and memory functions such as digital signal processing, wide data-path manipulation, data transformation and micro-controllers, as required in high-performance communications applications.
Features of the EP1K30FC256-1N are:(1)cost-efficient programmable architecture for high-volume applications;(2)10,000 to 100,000 typical gates;(3)low power consumption;(4)pull-up on I/O pins before and during configuration;(5)tri-state emulation that implements internal tri-state buses;(6)tri-state emulation that implements internal tri-state buses;(7)individual tri-state output enable control for each pin;(8)programmable output slew-rate control to reduce switching noise;(9)supports hot-socketing;(10)operate with a 2.5-V internal supply voltage.
