DW01+ has seven features. (1)Reduction in board size due to miniature package SOT-23-6. (2)Ultra-low quiescent current at 3uA (Vcc=3.9V). (3)Ultra-low power-down current at 0.1uA (Vcc=2.0V). (4)Precision overcharge protection voltage 4.3V+/-50mV for the DW01+. (5)Load detection function during overcharge mode. (6)Two detection levels for overcurrent protection. (7)Delay times are generated by internal circuits. No external capacitors required. Those are all the main features.
