Single-pin ID addressing; (5)16bit data payload with CRC (Cyclic Redundancy Check) for checking data integrity with programmable data transmission error detection and interrupt control; (6)Up to 6 Programmable GPIO's; (7)AT-SPEED BIST diagnosis feature to validate link integrity; (8)Individual power-down controls for both SER and DES; (9)User-selectable clock edge for parallel data on both SER and DES; (10)Integrated termination resistors; (11)1.8V- or 3.3V-compatible parallel bus interface; (12)Single power supply at 1.8V; (13)IEC 6100042 ESD compliant; (14)No reference clock required on Deserializer; (15)Programmable Receive Equalization; (16)LOCK output reporting pin to ensure link status; (17)10 MHz to 50 MHz input clock support.
