DS1107SG36

The DS1107SG36 is designed as one member of the DS1107SG series which are rectifier diodes. Its typical applications is rectification, freewheel diode, DC motor control, power supplies, welding and battery chargers.

DS1107SG36 has three features. (1)Double side cooling. (2)High surge capability. (3)Repetitive peak reverse voltage would be 3600V. Those are all the main features.
