DM74AS1804

These DM74AS1804 devices contain six independent 2-Input drivers each of which performs the logic NAND function.The DM74AS1804 is equivalent to the DM74AS804B but the supply voltage and ground pins are centered in the package.This positioning of the supply voltage and ground pins reduce the lead inductance of these pins. This reduction of lead inductance will minimize noise generated onto either the supply voltage or ground bus which is significant in high current switching applications.

The DM74AS1804 has five features.The first one is switching specifications at 50 pF.The second one is switching specifications guaranteed over full temperature and VCC range.The third one is advanced oxide-isolated, ion-implanted Schottky TTL process.The fourth one is centered VCC and GND configuration provides minimum lead inductance for high current switching applications.The fifth one is high capacitive drive capability.The DM74AS1804 has some absolute maximum ratings.When parameter is supply voltage,the rating is 7V.When parameter is input voltage,the rating is 7V.When parameter is operating free air temperature range,the rating is 0 to +70.When parameter is storage temperature range,the rating is -65 to +150.When parameter is typical JA N Package,the rating is 58.3/W.When parameter is typical JA M Package,the rating is 154.0/W..
