DescriptionThe DM74ALS5245SJ is one of the DM74ALS5245 series.This octal bus transceiver is designed for asynchronous two-way communication between data buses. The inputs include hysteresis which provides improved noise rejec-tion. Data is transmitted either from the A bus to the B bus or from the B bus to the A bus depending on the logic level of the direction control (DIR) input. The DM74ALS5245SJ device can be dis-abled via the enable input (G) which causes the outputs to enter the high impedance mode so the buses are effec-tively isolated.
Features of the DM74ALS5245SJ are:(1)Input Hysteresis; (2)Low output noise generation; (3)High input noise immunity; (4)Advanced oxide-isolated, ion implanted Schottky TTL process; (5)Switching specification guaranteed over the full temper-ature and VCC range; (6)PNP inputs to reduce input loading.
