The DM74ALS273WM is designed as one kind of monolithic, positive-edge-triggered flip-flops utilize TTL circuitry to implement D-type flip-flop logic with a direct clear input.
DM74ALS273WM has five features. (1)Switching specifications at 50pF. (2)Switching specifications guaranteed over full temperature and Vcc range. (3)Buffer-type outputs and imporoved AC offer significant advantage over DM74LS273. (4)Advanced oxide-isolated, ion-implanted schottky TTL process. (5)Functionally and pin-for-pin compatible with DM74LS273. Those are all the main features.
