Description

DF1117 series regulator can provide 1A DC output, DF1117  can run on 1V difference between input and output environment. In most large output current, voltage difference design can provide the most greatly 1.3 V, and it along with the decrease of the output current is decreased. Calibration for the reference voltage chip welding to 1%. This limit has played a balancing role, regulators and power circuits to overload is minimized.
DF1117 compatible with the other three terminals of the system interface, and provides a SOT-223 and TO-252 in two packages.
