DD100HB

      Power Diode Module DD100HB series are designed for various rectifier circuits. DD100HB has two diode chips connected in series and the mounting base is elctrically isolated from elements for simple heatsink construction. Wide voltage rating up to, 1,600V is avaiable for various input voltage.It has four unique features: The first one is isolated mounting base. The second one is two elements in a package for simple (single and three phase) bridge connections. The third one is highly reliable glass passivated chips. The forth one is high surge current capability. It also has three applications: The first one is various rectifiers. The second one is battery chargers. The third one is DC motor drives.

Forward Current(I_{F (RMS)} )(Single phase, half wave, 180°conduction, Tc:111)  is 155 A.Surge Forward Current(I_FSM )(1/2 cycle, 50/60HZ, peak value, non-repetitive)  is 1800/2000 A.I2t (Value for one cycle of surge current) is  16500 A2S.Junction Temperature(Tj) is -40 to +150 .Storage Temperature(Tstg) is -40 to +125 .Isolation Voltage(V_ISO)(A.C.1minute) is 2500V.Mounting Torque (Mounting(M6))(Recommended Value 2.5-3.9(25-40)) is 4.7 N.m.Mounting Torque(Terminal (M5))(Recommended Value 1.5-2.5(15-25)) is 2.7 N.m.There are also some electrcial characteristics about it.Repetitive Peak Reverse Current, max.(I_RRM)(at VDRM, single phase, half wave. Tj=150) is 30 mA.Forward Voltage Drop, max.(V_FM ) (Foward current 320A,Tj=25,Inst. measurement) is 1.35 V.Thermal Impedance, max.(Rth(j-c))(Junction to case) is 0.30 /W.
