Conexant's DigiColor product line offers complete system-on-chip (SoC) solutions for the multi-function printer (MFP) market. The DigiColor2250 (DC2250) is a complete solution for MFP and photo printer image processing controllers. DC2250's integrated hardware image processing accelerators, system I/O and powerful 32-bit microprocessor core combined with Conexant's feature rich imaging firmware and software create an extremely fast programmable imaging solution. The DC2250 integrates many advanced features such as an Ethernet MAC, a memory card controller, and an LCD controller. The DC2250 also has an enhanced image processing pipeline that improves the pixel processing speed as well as the output image quality. Conexant provides the entire solution - hardware, firmware, and software - for fast time-to-market. The modular design of the firmware allows customers to easily modify the firmware to add custom features and get to market quickly with a unique product.
