The DAC5571IDBVR is designed as a low-power, single-channel, 8-bit buffered voltage output DAC. Its on-chip precision output amplifier allows rail-to-rail output swing to be achieved. It utilizes an I2C-compatible, two-wire serial interface that operates at clock rates up to 3.4 Mbps with address support of up to two on the same data bus. Typical applications include process control, data acquistion systems, closed-loop servo control, PC peripherals, portable instrumentation.
DAC5571IDBVR has eleven features. (1) Micropower operation is 125uA at 3V. (2) Fast update rate is 188 KSPS. (3) Power on reset to zero. (4) +2.7V to +5.5V power supply. (5) Specified monotonic by design. (6) I2C interface up to 3.4 Mbps. (7) On-chip output buffer amplifier, rail to rail operation. (8) Double buffered input register. (9) Address support for up to two DAC5571s. (10) Small 6 lead SOT 23 package. (11) Operation from -40°C to 105°C. That are all the main features.
