D8748H has eight features. (1)High performance HMOS-E. (2)Interval timer/event counter. (3)Two single level interrupts. (4)Single 5V supply. (5)Over 96 instructions; 90% single byte. (6)Compatible with 8080/8085 peripherals. (7)Easily expandable memory and I/O. (8)Up to 1.35us instruction cycle; all instructions 1 or 2 cycles. Those are all the main features.
Some absolute maximum ratings of D8748H have been concluded into several points as follow. (1)its ambient temperature under bias would be from 0°C to 70°C. (2)Its storage temperature range would be from -65°C to 150°C. (3)Its voltage on any pin with respect to ground would be from -0.5V to 7V. (4)Its power dissipation would be 1W. It should be noted that stresses above those listed in absolute maximum ratings may cause permanent damage to device.
