CYT6120

The CYT6120 series of fixed output low dropout linear regulators are designed for portable battery powered applications, which require low power consumption and low dropout voltage. The  CYT6120  contains a bandgap voltage reference, anerror amplifier, a PMOS power transistor, andresistors for setting output voltage, and current limitand temperature limit protection circuits.
The CYT6120 has been designed to be usedwith low cost capacitors and requires a minimum output capacitor of 1.0F. Standard voltage versions are 3.3, 3.0V, and adjustable output from0.8V to 4.5V.
