Three additional pins are also offered to facilitate unlimited expansion i n width, depth, or both. The depth expansion technique steersthe charge signals from one device to another in par allel, thus cutting down the serial addition of propagation delays, so that throughput is not reduced. Data is steered in a similar manner.
