Description

The CY7C147 is a high-performance CMOS static RAMs organized as 4096 words by 1bit .Esdy memory expansjion is provided by an active LOW chip enable and three-state drivers.The CY7C147 has an automatic power-down feature.reducing the power consumption by 80% when deselected. Features of the CY7C147 are:(1)automatic power-down when deselected ; (2)CMOS for optimum speed/power ; (3)high speed--25ns; (4)low active power:440mW(commercial);605mW(military); (5)low standby power:55mW; (6)TTL-compatible inputs and outputs ; (7)capable of withstanding greater than 2001V electrostatic discharge.
