The CY7C1462AV33-167AXC is a type of synchronous pipelined burst SRAMs.It is designed for supporting infinite true back-to-back read or write operations with no wait states. The CY7C1470BV33-200AXC/BZI is equipped with the adv anced logic demanded to enable consecutive read or write operations with data being converted on every clock cycl e.This feature dramatically improves the throughput of data in systems that demand frequent read or write transitio ns. The CY7C1462AV33-167AXC is pin compatible and functionally equivalent to ZBT devices.

Features of the CY7C1462AV33-167AXC are:(1)pin-compatible and functionally equivalent to ZBT;(2)supports 250 M Hz bus operations with zero wait states,available speed grades are 250, 200, and 167 MHz;(3)internally self-timed output buffer control to eliminate the need to use asynchronous OE;(4)fully registered (inputs and outputs) for pipeli ned operation;(5)byte write capability;(6)single 3.3V power supply;(7)3.3V/2.5V IO power supply;(8)fast clock-to-ou tput times:2.6 ns(for 250-MHz device),3.2 ns (for 200-MHz device),3.4 ns (for 167-MHz device).
