Description

The CY7C038V-15AXC is one member of the CY7C0430BV family which is designed as the 3.3V 32K/64K x 16/18 Dual-Port Static RAM. This family offers four ports that may be clocked at independent frequencies from one another. Counter enable inputs of CY7C038V-15AXC are provided to stall the operation of the address input and utilize the internal address generated by the internal counter for fast interleaved memory applications.
