The CY62147VLL is designed as a high-performance CMOS static RAM organized as 256K words by 16bits. CY62147VLL features advanced circuit design to provide ultra-low active current. It is ideal for providing more battery life (MoBL) in portable applications such as cellular telephones.
CY62147VLL has seven features. (1)Wide voltage range: 2.7V to 3.6V. (2)Ultra-low active, standby power. (3)Easy memory expansion with CE and OE features. (4)TTL-compatible inputs and outputs. (5)Automatic power-down when deselected. (6)CMOS for optimum speed/power. (7)Package available in a standard 44-pin TSOP type II (forward pinout) package. Those are all the main features.
