Description

The CY2309SC-1 is designed as one kind of low-cost 3.3V zero delay buffer that accepts one reference input, and drives out five low-skew clocks. And this device has two banks of four outputs each, which can be controlled by the Select inputs. Also it is available in two/three different configurations, as shown in the Ordering Information Table and is the high-drive version of the -1, and its rise and fall times are much faster than the -1s.

The features of CY2309SC-1 can be summarized as :(1)10-MHz to 100-/133-MHz operating range, compatible with CPU and PCI bus frequencies;(2)Zero input-output propagation delay;(3)Multiple low-skew outputs: One input drives five outputs and One input drives nine outputs, grouped as 4 + 4 + 1;(4)75ps typical cycle-cycle jitter (15pF, 66MHz), compatible with Pentium-based systems;(5)3.3V operation;(6)Industrial temperature available.
