DescriptionThe CY2305SXI-1H is designed as one kind of low-cost 3.3V zero delay buffer that allows the user to obtain 2X and 1X frequencies on each output bank. And this device is the base part, where the output frequencies equal the reference if there is no counter in the feedback path. Also it is available in two/three different configurations, as shown in the Ordering Information Table and is the high-drive version of the -1, and its rise and fall times are much faster than the -1s.
Features of the CY2305SXI-1H are:(1)10-MHz to 100-/133-MHz operating range, compatible with CPU and PCI bus frequencies;(2)Zero input-output propagation delay;(3)Multiple low-skew outputs: One input drives five outputs and One input drives nine outputs, grouped as 4 + 4 + 1;(4)75ps typical cycle-cycle jitter (15pF, 66MHz), compatible with Pentium-based systems;(5)3.3V operation;(6)Industrial temperature available.
