Description

The Conexant CX81801 Modem supports V.92 analog data modem operation with V.44 data compression and supports 14.4 kbps fax modem operation.The Serial/Parallel Modem device is available in V.92/V.34/ V.32bis with integrated memory and worldwide DAA support. In addition, the modem supports data/fax/Telephone Answering Machine (TAM) operation with hardware-based modem controller, digital signal processing, and DAA/telephone line interface functions which operate with Public Switched Telephone Network (PSTN ) telephone lines worldwide. The V.92 modem also includes Quick Connect, Modem-on-hold and PCM Upstream features.
