The CS5460A-BS is designed as a highly integrated analog to digital converter (ADC) which combines two ADCs, high speed power calculation functions and a serial interface on a single chip.
CS5460A-BS has many features. (1)Energy data linearity 0.1% reading over 1000:1 dynamic range. (2)On-chip functions: energy, I*V, Irms and Vrms, energy to pulse-rate conversion. (3)Smart auto-boot mode from serial EEPROM with no microcontroller. (4)AC to DC system calibration. (5)Mechanical counter/stepper motor driver. (6)Meets accuracy spec for IEC 687/1036, JIS. (7)Power consumption <12mW. (8)Interface optimized for shunt sensor. (9)Phase compensation. (10)Ground-referenced signals with single supply. (11)On-chip 2.5V reference (max 60ppm/°C drift). (12)Simple three-wire serial interface. (13)Watch dog timer. And so on.
Some absolute maximum ratings of CS5460A-BS have been concluded into several points as follow.
