The CS4341A is a Delta-Sigma stereo digital-to-analog (D/A) converter that supports next-generation audio formats such as DVD-Audio. It is ideal for a wide range of consumer entertainment applications such as digital audio/video receivers, DVD recorders and players and automotive audio systems. This product is a complete D/A system that includes digital interpolation, digital de-emphasis and switched capacitor analog filtering.
CS4341A's major advantages include: ideal differential linearity; no distortion caused by resistor matching errors; no linearity drift over time and temperature; and a high tolerance to clock jitter. It supports all standard audio sample rates up to 192 kHz, consumes very little power and operates over a wide power supply range.
With 101 dB dynamic range, the CS4341A delivers superior sound quality and includes digital volume control. This D/A converter offers true ease of implementation, lower overall system costs and shorter design cycles. Its features and competitive pricing make it perfect for mass-market consumer entertainment products.
