The CNX35U is optically coupled isolators consisting of an infrared emitting GaAs diode and a silicon NPN phototransistor with accessible base. These devices are housed in 6-pin dual-inline packages (DIP).It is designed for (1)power supply regulators; (2)digital logic inputs; (3)microprocessor inputs; (4)appliance sensor systems; (5)industrial controls.
