Description

Powerex IGBTMOD™ Modules are designed for use in switching applications. Each CM600HA-28H module consists of one IGBT Transistor in a single configuration with a reverseconnected super-fast recovery free-wheel diode. All CM600HA-28H components and interconnects are isolated from the heat sinking baseplate, offering simplified system assembly and thermal management.
