Description

Powerex CIB Modules are designed for use in switching applications. Each module CM20MD-12H consists of a three phase diode converter section, a three phase IGBT inverter section and a brake section. All components and interconnects are isolated from the heat sinking baseplate, offering simplified system assembly and thermal management.
