CMD&primes CM1623 comprises 4 channels of EMI filtering with integrated ESD protection, ideally suited for SIM Card filtering applications. It features Pi-style C-R-C filters with ±15kV ESD protection based on the IEC 61000-4-2 Level 4, contact discharge method.

The CM1623 is available in a tiny 8-lead, 0.40 pitch UFDN package with RoHS compliant lead-free finishing.
