The CM100TF-12 is designed as one kind of powerex IGBTMOD module that designed for use in switching applications such as (1)AC motor control; (2)motion/servo control; (3)UPS; (4)welding power supplies; (5)laser power supplies. This device consists of six IGBT transistors in a three phase bridge con-figuration, with each transistor having a reverseconnected super-fast recovery free-wheel diode. And features of the CM100TF-12 are:(1)low drive power; (2)low VCE(sat); (3)discrete super-fast recovery (70ns) free-wheel diode; (4)high frequency operation (20-25kHz); (5)isolated baseplate for easy heat sinking.
