The features of CD74HC123M are as follows: (1)Overriding Reset Terminates Output Pulse; (2)Triggering From the Leading or Trailing Edge; (3)Q and Q Buffered Outputs; (4)Separate Resets; (5)Wide Range of Output-Pulse Widths; (6)Schmitt Trigger on Both A and B Inputs; (7)Fanout (Over Temperature Range): Standard Outputs: 10 LSTTL Loads, Bus Driver Outputs: 15 LSTTL Loads; (8)Wide Operating Temperature Range: -55 to 125; (9)Balanced Propagation Delay and Transition Times; (10)CD74HC123M Significant Power Reduction Compared to LSTTL Logic ICs; (11)HC Types: 2V to 6V Operation, High Noise Immunity: NIL = 30%, NIH = 30%of VCC at VCC = 5V; (12)HCT Types: 4.5V to 5.5V Operation, Direct LSTTL Input Logic Compatibility, VIL= 0.8V (Max), VIH = 2V (Min), CMOS Input Compatibility, Il1A at VOL, VOH.
