Features of the CD54ACT563 are:(1)SCR-latchup-resistant CMOS process and circuit design;(2)speed of bipolar FAST*/AS/S with significantly reduced power consumption;(3)balanced propagation delays;(4)AC types feature 1.5-V to 5.5-V operation and balanced noise immunity at 30% of the supply.

The absolute maximum ratings of the CD54ACT563 can be summarized as:(1)DC supply voltage:-0.5V to 6V;(2)DC input diode current:±20mA;(3)DC output diode current:±50mA;(4)DC output source or sink current per output pin:±50mA;(5)DC VCC or Ground current:±100mA;(6)operating tempreature range:-55 to +125;(7)storage temperature:-65 to +150.
