The CD4098BMT is designed as a dual monostable multivibrator which provides stable retriggerable/resetable one-shot operation for any fixed-volt-age timing application.
CD4098BMT has twelve features. (1)Retriggerable/resettable capability. (2)CD4098BMT Trigger and reset propagation delays independent of Rx, Cx. (3)Triggering from leading or trailing edge. (4)Q and /Q buffered outputs available. (5)Spearate resets. (6)Wide range of output-pulse widths. (7)100% tested for maximum quiescent current at 20V. (8)CD4098BMT Maximum input current od 1uA at 18V over full package-temperature range 100nA at 18V and 25°C. (9)Noise margin (full package temperature range) 1V at Vdd=5V and 2V at Vdd=10V and 2.5V at Vdd=15V. (10)5V, 10V and 15V parametric ratings. (11)Standardized, symmetrical output characteristics. (6)CD4098BMT's lead temperature during soldering at distance 1/16+/-1/32 inch (1.59+/-0.79mm) from case for 10 seconds max would be 265°C.
