CD4076B

The CD4076B types are four-bit registers consisting of D-type flip-flops that feature three-state outputs.Data disable inputs are provided to control the entry of data into the flip-flops.When both data disable inputs are low, data at the D inputs are loaded into their respective flip-flops on the next positive transition of the clock inputs.

Features of the CD4076B are:(1)three-state outputs; (2)input disabled without geting the clock ; (3)gated output control lines for enabling or disabling the outputs; (4)standardized, symmetrical output characteristics; (5)100% tested for quiescent current at 20 V.

The absolute maximum ratings of the CD4076B can be summarized as:(1): DC supply-voltage range(VDD) is -0.5 V to +20 V(voltages referenced to Vss terminal); (2): input voltage range, all inputs is -0.5 V to VDD+0.5 V; (3): DC input current, any one input is ±10 mA; (4): operating temperature range(Ta) is -55 to +125; (5): storage temperature range(Tstg) is -65 to +150.
