DescriptionThe CD4048BE is designed as one kind of CMOS multifunction expandable 8-input gate device that is supplied in 16-lead hermetic dual-in-line ceramic packages, 16-lead dual-in-line plastic packages, 16-lead small-outline packages.
Features of the CD4048BE are:(1)three-state output;(2)medium-speed operation: compares two 4-bit words in 250 ns (typ.) at 10 V;(3)100% tested for quiescent current at 20 V;(4)standardized symmetrical output characteristics;(5)5-V, 10-V and 15-V parametric ratings;(6)maximum input current of 1 uA at 18V over full package temperature range.
