CD4042B

The CD4042B types contain four latch circuits, each strobed by a common clock.Complementary buffered outputs are available from each circuit.The impedance of the n- and p- channel output devices is balanced and all outputs are electrically identical.

Features of the CD4042B are:(1)clock polarity control; (2)common clock; (3)low power TTL compatible; (4)standardized symmetrical output characteristics; (5)100% tested for quiescent current at 20 V.

The absolute maximum ratings of the CD4042B can be summarized as:(1): DC supply-voltage range(VDD) is -0.5 V to +20 V(voltages referenced to Vss terminal); (2): input voltage range, all inputs is -0.5 V to VDD+0.5 V; (3): DC input current, any one input is ±10 mA; (4): operating temperature range(Ta) is -55 to +125; (5): storage temperature range(Tstg) is -65 to +150.
