The CD4013A is designed as dual 'D' type flip-flop which has independent data, set, reset and clock inputs and Q outputs. These devices can be used for shift register applications.
CD4013A has six features. The first one is set-reset capability. The second one is static flip-flop operation, retains state indefinitely with clock level either high or low. The third one is medium speed operation which would be typ 10MHz clock. The fourth one is quiescent current specified to 15V. The fifth one is maximum input leakage of 1uA at 15V (full package temperature range). The sixth one is 1-V noise margin (full package temperature range). That are CD4013A's main features.
CD4013A Some absolute maximum ratings have been concluded into several points as follow. The first one is about its storage temperature range which would be from -65°C to +150°C. The second one is about its operating temperature range which would be from -55°C to +125°C for package ty[es D, F, K, H and would be from -40°C to +85°C for package type E. The third one is about its DC supply voltage range which would be from -0.5V to +15V. The fourth one is about its power dissipation per package which would be 500mW for Ta= -40°C to +60 (package type E) and 500mW for Ta= -55°C to 100°C (package types D, F, K). The fifth one is about CD4013A's device dissipation per output transistor for Ta= full package temperature range (all package types) which would be 100mW. The sixth one is about its input voltage range, all inputs which would be from -0.5V to Vdd+0.5V. The seventh one is about its lead temperature (during soldering) which would be +265°C. The eighth one is about its supply voltage range (for Ta= full package temperature range) which would be min 3V and max 12V. And so on. For more information please contact us.
