CA3098E

The CA3098E a type of monolithic silicon combined circuit designed to control high operating current loads such as th yristors, lamps, relays, etc. The CA3098E is able to be be operated with either a single power supply with maximum operating voltage of 16V, or a dual power supply with maximum operating voltage of ±8V. It can directly control cur rents reach to 150mA and operates with microwatt standby power dissipation while the current to be controlled is le ss than 30mA.
