The C9531CT is one member of the C9531 family which designed as the PCIX I/O system clock generator. With the help of the Spread Spectrum technique, this device allows the distribution of the undesirable electromagnetic energy (EMI) over a wide range of frequencies therefore reducing the average radiated energy present at any frequency over a given time period.
