Description

The C8051F321 is a series of devices which are fully integrated mixed-signal System-on-a-Chip MCUs.Each device is specified for 2.7 to 5.25 V operation over the industrial temperature range (45 to +85 °C). The Port I/O and /RST pins are tolerant of input signals up to 5 V. The C8051F321 is available in 48-pin QFN (also referred to as MLP or MLF) or 32-pin LQFP packaging.

C8051F321 has many unique features:The first one is high-speed pipelined 8051-compatible microcontroller core (up to 25 MIPS).The second one is in-system, full-speed,non-intrusive debug interface (on-chip).The third one is supply voltage regulator.The forth one is on-chip voltage comparator.The fifth one is precision programmable 12 MHz internal oscillator.The sixth one is 16 kB bytes of on-chip Flash memory.The seventh one is 2304 bytes of on-chip RAM,etc.
