The C8051F317 is designed as one kind of fully integrated mixed-signal System-on-a-Chip MCU device that is specified for 2.7 to 3.6 V operation over the industrial temperature range (40 to +85 °C). Also this device is available in 20-pin QFN packages (also referred to as MLP or MLF packages).
