C340

C340 is a member of C*Core processor series with excellent performance, low consumption and 32-bit RISC. It is the core in the area of high-end embedded application design. The main features of C340 include low consumption, high performance and high-density code. C340 is mainly used for portable devices (PDA, mobile telephone), telecommunication devices (wireless LAN, router) and consumer electronic products.

C340 contains four-channel 16-k bytes (instructions and data sharing) cache memory with 8k bytes /16k bytes. C340 can speed up the access speed of instructions and data, so that improves the system performance. Meantime, it also contains a MMU providing conversion from CPU emitted virtual address to physical address, so that improve the application efficiency of cache memory. What's more, the entire 4G space can be managed for access and cache permission.
